An enthusiastic Training Manager is required for our client, Rhythmic Care, an established and expanding Home Care Provider based in Ilford.
They are hoping to recruit an experienced individual who is passionate about delivering Health and Social Care training to our Care Workers in a fully equipped class room environment. Consequently, it is essential that candidates have an energetic approach to training ensuring that all staff are engaged and enthusiastic about attending training courses and developing their skills.
The above role is viewed by the management team as one of the most important in the company as the trainer is an extension of our core values and it is the Trainers responsibility to ensure that our high standards and commitment to quality is embedded in every member of staff they develop.
Rhythmic provide reliable home care support for people of all ages and with a wide range of needs Care Work provide a full spectrum of home care support services across the UK including practical care, personal care, and complex care. We help older adults, people with learning disabilities and people who have physical disabilities.

Their service has been designed to offer personalised solutions for people who need support to stay in their own home. We recognise that everyone is different and that over time needs change. Our home care support services are regularly reviewed and adapted so that the care and support we provide is always meeting the needs and aspirations of our customer.
Responsibilities and Duties
To support and mentor the new Care Workers through the Care certificate and sign off their competencies.
To deliver refresher training for existing Care Workers
To identify new training programmes for the Care Workers as the service further expands.
To conduct spot checks on Care Workers and work with new Care Workers within the Service Users home
To provide input for supervision meetings with Care Workers
To ensure consistent application of the company’s policies, procedures and approved practice; and to promote the aims of Rhythmic Care
To provide development support to all Care workers and office personnel.
To possess the ability to establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with Care Workers, the Registered Manager, other office staff, Clients and or their families
As required to provide training to office staff, Field Assessors and Care Co-ordinators
To ensure compliance across the business and to support the business in attaining an “Outstanding” in CQC inspections
Qualifications & Skills
You will need to have the following skills:
– Previous experience of delivering Health & Social Care training
· Must be an QCF Assessor in Levels 2 and 3
· Applicants must have experience in supervising Care Workers
· Hold a QCFLevel 3 in Health and Social Care/QCF Qualification
· Be able to train the trainer in Manual Handling qualification
· Ideally a Train the Trainer in Medication, End of Life Care and Dementia.
· It would be useful to hold a full UK driving license and or be a car owner
