At Home Instead Senior Care we do things differently to many home care providers. Our focus is on the client and care assistant relationship which is the foundation of the high quality care we provide to our clients in their own homes.
You will perform a variety of duties in the completion of service for clients.
You will assist and support other staff members in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.
? Handle office responsibilities to allow consistent full time networking effort, which is critical in building the business
? Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
? Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through quality assurance (QA) visits, phone calls, cards and special events.
? Liaise with Care manager. Conduct QA visits with clients in person or over the phone according to the QA frequency guidelines.
? Assist Care Manager in activating new clients
? Conduct follow up activities as necessary, reporting any serious issues to the Care Manager.
? Provide care for own portfolio of Clients
? Update client journals as necessary, read and sign activity log sheets alerting Care Manager to any issues that may cause concern.
? Maintain accurate client records on Electronic System.
? Contribute to the recruitment of CAREGivers.
? Participate in on call services as required
? Monitor, mediate, and log client information
? Distribute leaflets and promote HISC as and when appropriate.
? Participate in team meetings.
? Maintain confidentiality at all times for all Home Instead Information, including client, CAREGiver & office data.
? Must have a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
? Attend Meetings/Road shows & other networking events as and when required to do so.
? Participate in quarterly CAREGiver meetings.
? Process and mail initial service enquiry letter/brochure.
? Field employment enquires from prospective CAREGivers and arrange for application process as needed.
? Provide care for clients as and when business needs dictate
In addition to a very competitive salary of ?16,500 per annum, you will be joining a friendly and supportive team
