In order for Aman Care to provide exceptional home care services, they are currently looking for a compassionate, motivated and committed individual like you to:
-To manage the allocation of home care workers rota`s and workloads on the People Planner
scheduling software, ensuring that Health and Safety, Working Time regulations are considered
-To record and report any complaints while ensuring that all quality standards, complaints and comments
are dealt with promptly
-To maintain effective links and communication with staff, carers, service users,
relatives and other relevant individuals
-To deal with emergencies arising from the service
-To manage the homecare service and staff in accordance with the organisations aims and objectives,
policies and procedures

Previous Experience Essential
You must have:
-Experience of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines without compromising accuracy
-Previous experience of working in a domiciliary care environment
-Experience of using scheduling software
-Experience of using People Planner would be a real advantage
You will be required to do on call, sharing the on call with five others.
